Al Samoud - An “Award Winning” Middle Eastern Band, is comprised of an inspired group of musicians heavily influenced by traditional Middle Eastern Folk music and the rhythms of Middle Eastern dance.

Al Samoud performs at exciting and successful showcases throughout Southern California, Nevada and Arizona, most notably at events and restaurants in Los Angeles, Orange, Anaheim, San Clemente, Temecula and San Diego. Their unique blend of the ancient and modern instruments: the oud, violin and bass combined with hard driving drum rhythms have been heard at popular events like San Diego Street Scene, The Indie Music Fest, San Diego Art Walk Festival, SAMEDA’s - Bedouin Bazaar and MECDA’s - Cairo Carnival, as well as a variety of other venues throughout the area. The band features live music of both traditional and original composition. They regularly perform at Ali Baba's in El Cajon, The Greek Palace in San Diego and The Greek Oasis in Temecula.

Al Samoud is available to hire for Dance Events & Haflas, Weddings & Receptions, Corporate Events, Banquets, Cultural Festivals, School Events, Community Events, Background Music, Family Events, Private Parties, Theme Nights or even Special Exotic Events. The band also has excellent rapport within the Middle Eastern Dance community and can help you hire dancers for your event.
